What was the highlight of Caribe Hilton Hotel
Hotel Caribe is nice but it is pricey and the price may be too high for the property condition.
The property is older but it is located along the ocean so that makes up for it. The waves were pretty big during our time there and we did not swim in the ocean. It was beautiful watching them crash along the wall. I felt safe at the hotel. It was also very loud in the lobby area when a band was playing. The sound even traveled up to our room but it was okay. We did not mind but we did get warned by other guest.
I felt that the room was pricey for the property conditions. It is a great ocean location but the hotel is dated.

Very Good
This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was with my bf 7 years ago. I took my son this time. The rooms are a little ran down. The bathroom door kept sliding open too. The pool needed to be cleaned more and my sheet on my bed had something on it. I didn't realize it until after I slept in the bed. Regarding the staff. The hotel staff was awesome. The Italian restaurant accommodated to me. The one thing I didn't like is how much activity as happening constantly at the hotel. There were multiple convention's and commercials being shot all at the same time..It was too many people all the time. It made it not relaxing because of the amount of people everywhere. You would come downstairs off the elevator and it was loud and people everywhere. It was like whoa!! Every day all day because of it. Also the type of the people from the conventions were too much. They were extremely loud. I most definitely will stay again because I do like the hotel. I just hope they update a little in the future and not have as much going on at once. So it's more relaxing for the customers who are there to relax on vacation.

What was the highlight of Caribe Hilton Hotel
Good
We stayed here previously and enjoyed the place so we decided to return. The staff was excellent. The location is great. Beach and pool area are wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and as advertised.
This trip, only one elevator in service created lines and waits. I'm disappointed that the pier over the ocean and bridge at koi pond has not yet been repaired. Food and drinks are now very overpriced, particularly when paying a daily resort fee.
